Our project methodology allows for a very delicate relationship with our clients. We take the right steps to make sure our client's needs are outlined clearly, and we work at delivering them on time. Our project methodology consists of steps to ensure a fine job. Our project methodology includes planning, prototyping,training/development, communication, review and documentation and support. Below we have outlined each step of our process:

Planning
Planning can be time-consuming, but it enables us to provide our clients with quality products. We examine the projects in detail, which enables us to be able to come across most minor/ minutest details giving a polished end result. This enables our team t get a clear picture of what our clients need.

Prototyping
We provide demos/mock-ups for clients before we proceed with the actual development of our projects. This ensures accuracy and quality for any software needs.

Development and Testing : Based on the previous interactions between Kacper and our client, we can actively begin our software development. According to our clients requisites, we develop code modules and database schema.

Reports and Communication : We ensure our clients stay updated through the development and rollout process to avoid confusion and ensure satisfaction. Hence the client knows how far the project is in progress.

Review : After completion of the project, we let our clients review the work and once they are happy with the work they can sign off.

Documentation and Support : We continually provide assistance and support to our clients even after the project completion. To enable our clients to understand the new application we provide text to ensure our customers have a thorough understanding of any new software.

Testing : Testing is a vital part of any project, it enables the testing team to identify errors if any, which are better fixed before passing onto the client. Making testing integral to your development process can improve the quality of your software.
